Mel Cox is a tattoo artist with over 17 years of experience in the industry. From San Diego, CA, she lead a nomadic lifestyle tattooing across the country before calling Houston TX home 6 Years ago. She is thrilled to take the next step in her journey in the tattoo industry  by opening her own shop “The Neon Jackal” and providing a colorful new home to a collective of artists she is proud to call her family.

With a passion for bright bold colors as well as Blackwork style tattoos Jesse finds inspiration from American traditional tattooers of the past.
